How the daily card works
Your daily card is drawn the first time you open this page each day and stays the same until midnight on this device, so you can come back to it in the evening. It is chosen from the full 78-card deck with a fair random draw. Your journal keeps every daily card, so after a few weeks you can see which cards keep coming back.
How to use a daily card
Look at the card in the morning and ask: where might this show up today? In the evening, look again and notice where it did. Over time this is one of the best ways to learn the meanings of all 78 cards.

Daily tarot by zodiac sign
A card a day for each sign, the same for everyone born under it, with the sign's own tarot card and suit:
Aries · Taurus · Gemini · Cancer · Leo · Virgo · Libra · Scorpio · Sagittarius · Capricorn · Aquarius · Pisces
Living with your card through the day
- Morning: turn it over before you check messages. Note the first word that comes to mind.
- Midday: look for one moment where the card showed up, even in a small way.
- Evening: write one line in your journal: did the card fit the day, or did it show what was missing?
Over 30 days you can expect to meet about 25 different cards, because some repeat: 78 x (1 - (77/78)^30) = 25.0. A daily card is the gentlest way to learn the deck, one card at a time.
Questions
What is a daily tarot card?
A daily tarot card is one card drawn for the day ahead and read as a theme to keep in mind, not a forecast. On this page the card stays the same all day on your device, so you can come back to it in the evening and see how the day matched its message.
Why is my daily card different from my friend's?
Each device keeps its own random number, and your daily card is worked out from it and today's date. Yours stays the same until midnight; your friend's device gives them their own card. If you want a card shared by everyone of the same zodiac sign, use the daily tarot by sign instead.
