Gemini tarot reading for today

Gemini in the tarot

The Golden Dawn gave Gemini to the Lovers, card VI. Under a bright sun, an angel spreads its wings over a man and a woman standing in a garden, a fruit tree with a serpent behind her and a tree of flames behind him. The card is often read as love, but it is just as much about choice and about two sides meeting. Gemini, the twins, is widely linked with that doubled view: curiosity, conversation and the habit of seeing more than one answer to every question.

Gemini is an Air sign, and Air belongs to the suit of Swords, which covers thought, words, decisions and clarity. Its ruling planet, Mercury, matches the Magician, the card of skill, wit and making ideas real. A Gemini day often runs on talk, messages and fresh information. The daily card can help pick out which thread is worth following, so a lively mind spends its energy on the one choice that matters instead of the ten that do not.

How to read your daily card as Gemini

Gemini may see three meanings in one card, which is a gift as long as you settle on one by the end. Read the card as an answer to a single question you care about today. If it is a Swords card, look closely at what you say and write.

This card is drawn for every Gemini at once and changes at midnight. For a card that is yours alone, use the personal card of the day; for the astrology behind these pairings, read tarot and astrology.

Is Gemini really your Sun sign? Check it against the Sun's position, or find your Moon and rising signs.
